Hi friends!

I am Asmara. I am six years old. I am a boss. I own a big business. It is called Asmara’s Snacks & Other Things.

I love being a kid boss. It is fun to work. I started when I was very small. I sold many cookies. I had a lemonade stand too. It was so much fun!

Now I have big machines. They sell snacks. They sell beauty things too. I am even Little Miss Juneteenth 2026! I wear my crown and I work hard.

Do you want to be a boss? You can start a vending machine business too. It is great for kid entrepreneurs. I will show you how.

Here are 5 steps for entrepreneurship for kids under 10 years of age.

Step 1: Find a Good Place

First, you need a spot. You need a place with many people.

Think about where people get hungry. Malls are great. Schools are great too. Big offices need snacks.

I look for places where people walk a lot. If people walk by, they will see your machine. They will want a treat!

Ask a grown-up to help you look. You can talk to a boss at a mall. You can talk to a school director. Tell them you have a cool business.

Step 2: Pick Your Machine

Next, you need a machine. There are many kinds.

Some machines sell snacks and beverages. They have chips and juice. Some machines sell beauty things. I have both!

My beauty machine has hair bows and lashes. Kids love them!

You want a machine that looks nice. It should be bright. It should be clean.

Make sure it is a "Smart" machine. Smart machines are easy to use. They take cards and phones. Most people do not carry coins now!

Step 3: Pick the Best Snacks

Now you must fill your machine. This is the best part!

What do you like to eat? What do your friends like?

I pick yummy snacks and beverages. I put in chips. I put in granola bars. I put in cold water.

You need to know what sells fast. If people love the blue chips, buy more blue chips!

Keep your machine full. No one likes an empty machine. Being a kid boss means checking your machine often.

Step 4: Use AI for Your Business

I am an AI kidpreneur. That means I use smart tools!

My machines use AI. The AI tells me when a snack is gone. I can see it on my phone.

I do not have to go to the machine every day. I look at my screen. The screen tells me how much money I made. It tells me what snacks are left.

AI makes work easy. It helps me be a better boss. It helps me save time for school and play!

Step 5: Be a Happy Boss

The last step is the most important. You must be kind.

A good boss smiles. A good boss helps people.

When I won Little Miss Juneteenth 2026, I learned to be a leader. I represent my business and my community.

Always say thank you. If someone needs help, help them.
